This notice describes this informative EGETY E-mail website and its setup planner. It does not claim that public mailbox hosting is available, and it does not replace the operating rules for a separately provisioned private mail workspace.

When the planner is in local brief mode

The planner keeps entries in the current page's memory. It does not send the brief to a server, create an account, or change DNS. The website does not save these entries to cookies, local storage, or an analytics service. Reloading or closing the page discards the page state. Your browser may separately offer autofill according to your own settings.

“Save brief” creates a text file on your device. “Copy” places the brief on your clipboard if you allow it. Those copies are under your control; saving or copying is not a submission.

When protected setup review is enabled

The planner identifies this mode before submission. Your name, email address, domains, and setup notes are sent only after you review the brief, consent, complete bot protection, and choose “Submit for review.” The endpoint is on the same website origin. Submission is confirmed only when the service returns its explicit acceptance response.

Protected intake uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from automation. Turnstile may process browser and network information under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Its script is loaded only for review when the protected intake feature is configured. This site does not add advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Accepted details are intended for private review by the project owner. This does not automatically create an account, send a marketing message, or promise a response time. Intake availability, storage, and retention depend on the deployed configuration; do not treat the public site as a mailbox or support inbox.

Ordinary website requests

The hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the site. No visitor analytics or advertising code is included in the website source. Fonts, the EGETY logo, and the product screenshot are served from this website.

What not to include

Do not submit passwords, authenticator secrets, API keys, private email content, attachments, mailbox exports, financial account information, or other confidential records. A general setup description and public domain names are enough for a first review.

Product screenshots and claims

The interface image shows synthetic accounts in the actual local application. The hero illustration uses fictional sample content. Neither contains customer mail. The compatibility section distinguishes implemented local features from production services that still require verification.

Access and corrections

Public self-service signup is not enabled. The project owner manages private workspace access. If you already have a relationship with the owner, use that established channel for access or data-correction requests. No unverified support address is published here.
